The foundation of this appointment is obviously in an understanding of the system.  But beyond that the Chief Commercial Officer has stipulated the successful candidate will have charisma and personal presence.  It is vital that this role is filled with a person who can establish positive relationships with the user base.  Being able to understand how people use the Salesforce efficiently is important, but so is being able to interpret how the system will need to serve the future needs of the business.  On top of all that, this client is spectacularly exciting; their offering sells itself.
